Making Returns Simple for Families

We understand that sometimes toys don’t work out as expected. Whether you need to return a gift, received a damaged item, or simply changed your mind, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible for Lebanese families.

Return Time Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items purchased online, or 14 days from your in-store purchase date. This complies with the requirements of the Lebanese Consumer Protection Law and provides you with ample time to make a decision.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened toys in original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Items in new, unused condition with receipt or order confirmation
  • Gifts with gift receipt or original order details
  • Defective or damaged products (report within 24 hours of delivery)

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care items, bath toys, or hygiene products
  • Custom or personalized toys made specifically for your child
  • Items damaged through normal use or mishandling
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or serial numbers
  • Assembled ride-on toys, playsets, or items requiring installation

How to Start Your Return

Option 1: Return to Any Store Location

  • Visit any of our three Lebanon locations (Ramlet El Bayda, Dbayeh, or Downtown)
  • Bring your item with a receipt or order confirmation
  • Our team will process your return immediately – it’s that simple

Option 2: Schedule Home Pickup

  • Contact us at 79/368600 to arrange pickup
  • We’ll collect your return within 3 business days
  • No additional fees for pickup service within our delivery areas

Option 3: Online Return Request

  • Email us at info@toystorelb.com with your order number
  • Include photos if returning due to damage or defects
  • We’ll provide return instructions and pickup details

Refund Processing

Payment Method Refunds:

  • Credit/Debit Card purchases: Refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Processed as store credit that can be used online or in any store location

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at 79/368600. We’ll arrange immediate pickup and provide:

  • Full refund, including original shipping costs
  • Free return shipping
  • Replacement item if preferred and available

Exchange Option

Prefer an exchange instead? We’re happy to help you find the perfect toy replacement. Store credit from exchanges never expires and can be used across all our locations and online.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions can be returned following the same policy, but refunds will reflect the actual sale price paid.

International Orders

For customers outside Lebanon, please contact our customer service team for special return arrangements.
